M.O.B.Q. Rating:   A+

LIBERATION:

Luck + 1

EFFECT:

Causes every enemy character except for the unit leader to retreat.

TIPS & TACTICS:

As good as the World Tarot Card is, this card is even better!  Not only will this card will give you an automatic win, but the leader of the unit will also be defeated, causing the unit to limp back to the boss castle.  This is great for when that lone enemy unit gets out of control and you are having trouble handling him. This card works in every instance that the Fortune card works, only better in most cases. This card is great against those troubling units.  It is utterly amazing against boss fights!!  After a certain point in the game, the days of the boss leader being “front & centre” in the final boss unit are long gone.  Even if he is a fighter-based class; go figure...  Now, though, you have a way to combat this. Use a Fool card, and poof!  Instant accessibility!  This is by far the most powerful boss Tarot Card, even rivaling the power of the World card. Combined, this two cards cannot be disputed. A Fool will even work on the last few bosses leading up to the final stage, Temple Shalina.  Obviously, since the last three or so bosses are single encounters, this card is not going to help you much. I love getting this card when liberating, because over time, it will increase your chances of finding items while you liberate!  And, with a World in effect, everyone gets more lucky!! You should have as many of these cards in your deck as possible! Lucky!!
