This card is not all that great.
In fact, it’s pretty horrible! The few times that I have used this card, I have seen absolutely no noticeable effect at all! You are much better off filling your deck with other more useful Tarot Cards. The one thing that personally annoys me about this card is that it is called Strength, yet it only gives you 1 lousy Strength point when you pull it after liberating. I know I would expect to gain more from a card that is called Strength! The only thing that prevents this card from ultimate cat box lining is that it doesn’t lower your Reputation with a “BOO! BOO!” when you get it after liberating a town or temple. Still, a real loser!
