HOW TO GET HER TO JOIN: |

First off, you have to forgive her. And no, forgiving her does not ruin your chances to get the best ending as previously thought. It just craps your Reputation is all, and it can be hard to get it back up in time for the “BRUNHILD” (Brunhild). It can be done, though, so no
big. Now visit her after beating this stage. She has a favor, and wants a “BOUGH” (Golden Bough). You can buy this item at the town of Raloshel on Diaspola. If you bring one back to her, she will not only give you a “PUMPKIN” (Glass Pumpkin), but if you’re Reputation is rock bottom, she’ll join you!

The bizarre thing is that when you fight her, her unit will have four total Pumpkins, but when she joins you, she will only bring along two.
Where did the other two go? No matter, because that would be four Pumpkins too many if you ask me! But seriously, if you actually do like to use them, here’s a great way to get lots pretty early on. It should go without saying that this unit needs major restructuring...
As for Deneb, the first thing that you need to do is change her class. The ultimate move would be to transform her into a Princess. Her high Intelligence and Luck are the grounds for greatness. Short of that, a Muse is the next best thing, so change her over to a Valkyrie until then. A character with superior stats like these needs to do damage, not quirky effect spells or healing!
