The two Wizards are the only thing of note here. They will surely help to bolster the ranged attacks of your units. Whenever I get a special character, I almost always completely gut out the unit that he/she comes in, and simply stick the new character into an existing unit of mine. Since you don’t yet have any units at all, leave him the ay he until you beat this stage! Don’t even bother to deploy him; you’ll just waste Goth in the process.
As far as what class to eventually have him as, I just leave him as a Knight, and turn him into a Paladin. If you want some fun, try a different class, like a Doll Mage or something oddball like that!
